The prices of our products are indicated in euros and include all taxes. When purchasing a product from a country outside the European Union local customs duties may apply. Hitasura Productions reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be charged for according to the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
The validation of your order indicates acceptance of the terms of sale.
Shipping rates are included in the price of each disc. Hitasura Production SAS will ship your product within 7 (seven) days. Should a product be out of stock and/or any event compromises Hitasura Production SAS being able to honour this deadline, an email will be sent to you with an estimated time of availability. You will then have the option of accepting the new deadline or of requesting a refund. Hitasura Production SAS does not accept any liability for late delivery or loss of packages due to any malfunction of the postal services. In the case of the loss of any package during postal delivery, Hitasura Production SAS will strive to help you to get a refund. To this end, Hitasura Production SAS urges you not to accept damaged or opened packages.
Our offers are valid so long as they continue to be available on our site, subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a given product after the placing of an order you will be notified by email of the unavailability, your order will be canceled and no charge will be made.
The products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.
